Patla’s association with land and nature dates back to the 70s when cardamom had been their family business in Patla, near Bisile at Sakaleshpur. There was a transition when young Chandrakanth dared to deviate from the family’s traditional cardamom trade and experimented with coffee plantation. Raising many eyebrows in the beginning, he made the denizens sit up and take notice of his success. Later on, it was his business acumen, expertise moulded by experience that leveraged his foray into the arena of property development.
With over 700 acres of land procured and developed to their credit since 1996, Patla is today a full-fledged property developer.
